THE BOOK & EXHIBITION
We are delighted to share with you our new photo book project named ‘LES CHIENS DE MONACO’. It was out of love for dogs and the south of France that this idea came to life. After a very successful start in Saint-Tropez with our project ‘LES CHIENS DE SAINT-TROPEZ’ we could not wait to honor Monaco where lots of happy dogs and happy owners live.
For this project, we will photograph dogs from Monegasques together with their owners in typical places in Monaco: the port, the old town, the royal palace, the casino square, dog friendly hotels, shops and beaches etc.
Lots of stars and famous people also frequent(ed) Monaco with their dogs, many different nationalities are living here, so a very lively ‘doggy’ community indeed ; ) We cannot wait to meet all of you!
The organization and the selection are carried out by Hugo Modderman and Danielle Dessart who is also the artistic director, the publisher and one of the photographers.
The project consists of a book with photos of dogs and the owners and an accompanying editorial on the relationship between the dog, his master and Monaco.
In addition, a photo exhibition with will be organized together with the presentation of the book in Monaco.

LE LIVRE & L’EXPOSITION
Nous sommes ravis de partager avec vous notre nouveau projet de livre photo intitulé ‘LES CHIENS DE MONACO’. C’est par amour des chiens et du sud de la France que cette idée est née. Après un démarrage très réussi à Saint-Tropez avec notre projet ‘LES CHIENS DE SAINT-TROPEZ’, nous ne pouvions pas attendre pour honorer Monaco où vivent beaucoup de chiens et leurs propriétaires heureux.
Pour ce projet, nous photographierons des chiens monégasques accompagnés de leurs maîtres dans des lieux typiques de Monaco : le port, la vieille ville, le palais royal, la place du casino, les hôtels dog friendly, les boutiques et les plages etc.
Beaucoup de stars et de célébrités ont également fréquenté Monaco avec leurs chiens, de nombreuses nationalités différentes vivent ici, donc une communauté ‘doggy’ très vivante en effet ; ) Nous avons hâte de vous rencontrer tous!

© DOGS OF THE WORLD consists of a series of photo books and photo collections of dogs and their owners portrayed in a setting of a specific city, region or village.
The pilot of this project is the book ‘LES CHIENS DE SAINT-TROPEZ’ DOGS OF SAINT TROPEZ of which there are already 2 volumes in circulation. ‘LES CHIENS DE MONACO’ DOGS OF MONACO’ is now in production and the following titles are already in production or in preparation and hopefully even more books and locations will be added to this concept.
